At Sunshine Monday, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace the item, issue store credit, or provide a refund at our discretion.
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or consumed.
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during shipping
- Defective
- Incorrect
- Missing from your order
please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.
Reporting an Issue
To request a replacement, store credit, or refund, please email:

Include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging (if applicable)
Failure to provide requested information may delay the review process.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved in the following circumstances:
- Product arrives damaged
- Incorrect product received
- Product is defective upon arrival
- Order cannot be fulfilled by Sunshine Monday
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet the requirements of this policy.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened products
- Used products
- Products consumed in whole or in part
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Products damaged through customer misuse
Replacement Policy
When appropriate, Sunshine Monday may choose to provide:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- A partial refund
- A full refund
The remedy provided will be determined at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.
If an order cannot be canceled, the standard refund policy will apply.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Sunshine Monday.
If a return is authorized, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks
Customers agree to contact Sunshine Monday first to attempt resolution before initiating a chargeback with their payment provider.
Fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity may result in denial of future purchases.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Sunshine Monday is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customers should contact the carrier directly and file any necessary claims.
However, we may assist in investigating delivery issues on a case-by-case basis.
Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Actual timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
