By placing an order, you acknowledge that Sunshine Monday is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery exceptions, or packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received and approved.

Processing times may be longer during:

  • High-volume sales periods
  • Unforeseen operational delays

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination, package size, and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Sunshine Monday is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Sunshine Monday is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be reshipped.

Tracking Information

Tracking information will be provided once an order has been shipped.

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear within the carrier’s system.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delivered but cannot be located, customers should:

  1. Check with household members or neighbors.
  2. Verify the shipping address provided at checkout.
  3. Contact the carrier directly.

While Sunshine Monday cannot guarantee replacement of lost or stolen packages, we may assist in investigating delivery issues on a case-by-case basis.

Returned Packages

Packages returned to Sunshine Monday due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal of delivery

may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Shipping Restrictions

Sunshine Monday reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit shipments where prohibited by law.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with all local laws and regulations applicable to their purchases.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number
  • Provide photographs of the product and packaging

We will review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund.
